How A Hot Seat Works

One problem.
One live diagnosis.

No slideshow. No marketing fluff. No prepared demo. Someone in the audience brings a real situation they're working on, and the tool gets to work on it in front of you.

01

Someone brings a problem

An attendee shares a real challenge they're navigating — a difficult client situation, a strategic decision, a team issue they can't crack.

02

The tool starts asking questions

Before recommending anything, C-Suite Coaching OS interrogates the problem the way a senior partner would — surfacing assumptions, flagging unknowns.

03

A diagnosis emerges

Root cause separated from symptoms. Critical considerations named. The reasoning traceable step-by-step — out loud, in front of the room.

04

A deliverable gets built

By the end of the session, the attendee walks away with an actual exportable document — plan, dossier, or analysis — built live during the session.

What 60 Minutes Looks Like

The format, minute by minute.

00:00
Welcome & framing
Quick intro to C-Suite Coaching OS and what makes Hot Seats different from a typical product demo. Setting expectations for the next 60 minutes.
00:05
Selecting the problem
An attendee whose problem will be diagnosed comes off mute and frames the situation. Audience hears the context, the constraints, and what's at stake.
00:15
The system asks its questions
Before recommending anything, the tool surfaces the unknowns and the assumptions hidden inside the problem. Out loud. Often the most valuable part of the session.
00:25
Root cause & diagnosis
The tool separates what's actually broken from the surface symptoms. Audience watches the reasoning unfold step-by-step — and can interrupt with questions.
00:35
The deliverable gets built
Plan, dossier, or analysis — assembled live. Citations included. The attendee whose problem it is gets the file at the end. Refinement happens in real time based on their feedback.
00:50
Open Q&A
Any questions on the workflow, the product, or how to apply this to your own work. We stay on until the questions stop.
What You'll Walk Away With

Even if you just watch.

i

A new diagnostic frame

Watching the system interrogate someone else's problem changes how you'll interrogate your own. Most attendees say the framing alone is worth the hour.

ii

Honest product evaluation

No marketing demo. No happy-path scripted run. You see exactly what the tool can — and can't — do on a real, unpredictable problem.

iii

Live answers to your questions

About the product, the workflow, pricing, what fits your practice. Better than reading 12 FAQ articles or scheduling three sales calls.

iv

The session recording

Even if you can't make it live, register and we'll send the recording. (Live attendance only gets you the Q&A and the chance to bring your own problem.)

Save Your Spot

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Do I have to bring a problem?

No. Most attendees just watch. Bringing a problem is optional and usually arranged in advance with our team — let us know when you register if you'd like to be considered for the hot seat.

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No, and we built the format specifically to avoid that. You're watching the actual product handle a real, unpredictable problem — no scripted demo. We'd rather show you something honestly working on something unfamiliar than walk you through a polished happy-path that doesn't tell you what it's actually like to use.

There's a brief mention at the end about the free trial and pricing for anyone curious. That's it.

What if the problem someone brings is sensitive?

Attendees who bring problems are coached in advance to anonymize names and identifying details. We treat every session like a confidential conversation among colleagues — what gets discussed in the room stays in the room. Recordings are edited if necessary to protect anything sensitive before being sent to registered attendees.

Will I see the actual product UI?

Yes. The screen is shared throughout. You see the prompts going in, the system's reasoning unfolding, and the deliverable being built — exactly as it would look if you were using it yourself.

Can I attend more than one?

Of course. Different topics each session, different problems, different reasoning patterns to learn from. Many regulars come to several before starting a trial.

What if I can't make any of the live times?

Register for whichever session interests you and we'll send the recording afterward. You won't get the live Q&A, but you'll see the entire diagnostic session and the deliverable being built.

What if I just want to try the product instead?

Two weeks free, no commitment. Start your trial here. Or if you'd rather talk to someone first, book 15 minutes with our team.
